As a reminder, your Confirmation name MUST be a saint name. For example, my name is "Erin Elizabeth Hogan" but I could not use "Erin" as my Confirmation Name since there is no canonized St. Erin. I could, however, use "Elizabeth" since there are multiple St. Elizabeths.

Your sponsor must get a sponsor certificate from their home parish. This form will need to be signed by their parish priest and returned to Judy Paffilas at the St. Basil parish office. This certificate confirms that they are a registered and participating member of the Christian community.
